The new Boma restaurant presents the guests with the opportunity to go on a taste adventure; exploring flavours that are a combination of traditional local, African and internationally inspired dishes. Upon arrival at the Boma, guests are treated to a memorable welcome with a display of traditional Maasai dance performances. Once seated, guests can expect exciting and innovative menus with ever-evolving dishes. Guests will indulge in fresh locally sourced ingredients, combined to create a truly African style feast, whilst being surrounded by the soft sounds of the Serengeti. Experience the intrinsic nature of the Boma fire's crackle and flames as our skilled chefs create flavourful "Choma" or Flame-Grilled dishes that enrich the taste journey. To bring the culinary experience to an end, guests can indulge in a selection of delectable locally Inspired desserts, relaxing, complete and content, under the Serengeti skies much like our local residents the Explorer Pride.

There is an additional cost at USD 110.00 per adult and USD 55.00 per child. Dining at Boma is weather dependent and has a minimum seating capacity of 20 pax and maximum of 50 pax.
