The restaurant features a beautifully designed dining hall, where guests can savour a wide range of dishes from multiple live cooking stations. With uninterrupted views of the Serengeti from the largest viewing platform in the Serengeti, every meal at Acacia is accompanied by the breathtaking backdrop of the African wilderness.

KISIMANI POOL BAR & RESTAURANT

Welcome to Kisimani, Explorer Serengeti’s tranquil pool bar and restaurant, located on the lower deck of the main house. Named after the Swahili word for "the well," Kisimani features a stunning 35-metre infinity pool that overlooks the dramatic landscape of the Serengeti plains.

Kisimani provides a lunchtime oasis for guests return- ing from their morning adventures or those wishing to enjoy a relaxing break from the adventures of their Tanzanian safari.

Our extensive menu offers freshly prepared dishes, primarily sourced from local products to support our local farmers. A lunchtime dining experience at Kisimani is one to savour.

Welcome to Agama, the heart of relaxation and socialising at Serengeti Explorer. Taking its name from the Swahili word for "stop," Agama is the perfect haven to unwind aer an adventurous day on safari, enjoy pre-dinner drinks, or savour a nightcap under the African sky.

Perched on the top deck of the main building, Agama boasts the lodge's largest viewing platform, offering uninterrupted vistas of the stunning western corridor of the Serengeti. The bar's elegant design, with high ceilings and designer-led furnishings, creates a true open-air ambiance that seamlessly blends the beauty of the bush with the comforts of the Lodge.

Situated in the reception of Serengeti Explorer Lodge, Kahawa is a convenient "grab and go" coffee shop that embraces Tanzania’s rich coffee heritage. Offering locally sourced Arabica coffee, known for its smooth flavour, Kahawa serves freshly ground brews to energise guests before they embark on early morning safaris. Whether you prefer a classic black coffee or one of their speciality flavoured blends, each cup reflects the finest Tanzanian coffee traditions.
