Acacia is the ideal venue to start any day. With a wide selection of fare guests will revel in a nourishing breakfast, providing the essential fuel for the thrilling safari adventures that await, whilst in the evening Acacia transforms into a hub of gastronomic delight .

The restaurant features a beautifully designed dining hall, where guests can savour a wide range of dishes from multiple live cooking stations. With uninterrupted views of the Serengeti from the largest viewing platform in the Serengeti, every meal at Acacia is accompanied by the breathtaking backdrop of the African wilderness.

A short, enchanting walk from the Lodge leads you to a cozy, lantern-lit corral where the magic of Boma unfolds. Here, under a canopy of stars that have illuminated the sky since time began, guests will be treated to a celebration of the senses.

Our highly-experienced culinary team meticulously prepares and serves dishes that are delicately seasoned and deliciously craed, ensuring each bite evokes a taste of history and tradition.

KISIMANI POOL BAR & RESTAURANT

Welcome to Kisimani, Explorer Serengeti’s tranquil pool bar and restaurant, located on the lower deck of the main house. Named after the Swahili word for "the well," Kisimani features a stunning 35-metre infinity pool that overlooks the dramatic landscape of the Serengeti plains.

Kisimani provides a lunchtime oasis for guests return- ing from their morning adventures or those wishing to enjoy a relaxing break from the adventures of their Tanzanian safari.

Our extensive menu offers freshly prepared dishes, primarily sourced from local products to support our local farmers. A lunchtime dining experience at Kisimani is one to savour.
